Ingredients:

  • 5 ml shea butter
  • 5 ml candelilla wax
  • 5 ml coconut oil
  • 2.5 ml carrier oil (jojoba, almond, avocado)
  • 1–2 drops essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the solids: In a small bowl or mini saucepan, gently melt the shea butter, candelilla wax, and coconut oil over low heat until smooth.
  2. Add the liquid oils: Remove from heat and stir in the carrier oil and essential oil until fully combined.
  3. Pour into the container: Immediately pour into the KIIMA DIY mold.
  4. Let it set: Allow to cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours, or refrigerate for 30 minutes until solidified.
  5. Assemble: Insert a refill into the KIIMA rechargeable lip balm applicator. Your balm is ready to use!

Texture Tip:

For a softer, creamier balm, slightly reduce the wax or increase the coconut oil (e.g., 2.5 ml wax + 7 ml coconut oil + 5 ml shea butter). For a firmer balm, increase the wax and reduce the oil (e.g., 7 ml wax + 2.5 ml coconut oil + 5 ml shea butter).
