Development process
Creating a new innovative and eco-friendly product in the body care industry starts with an in-depth research phase, where we explore market potential, analyze statistics, and identify business opportunities. We also study existing products to understand their reusable aspects and evaluate the competition, considering analogous products that are not deodorants.
Next, we conduct user interviews to understand their consumption habits, preferences, and irritants. This information guides us in establishing precise design criteria, integrated into the ideation phase by creating mood boards and sketches. We draw inspiration from existing products while preserving our brand image.
The presentation to experienced advisors follows, allowing us to validate the concept before moving on to the conceptualization and development phase. Here, we select materials, create 3D models, and proceed to prototyping. We eliminate what doesn't work, refining the product until it perfectly meets our expectations and those of our users. We ensure the product is compatible with the capabilities of the selected local factory, and then we conduct internal user tests to identify and resolve any potential issues.

Development process
Our deodorant creation process is divided into two essential phases, combining innovation and rigor to offer an effective, safe, and environmentally friendly product.
We start by analyzing market trends and consumer preferences for natural and ecological products. This research allows us to identify popular ingredients (aluminum and paraben-free), desired benefits, skin types to consider, and sustainability requirements.
In collaboration with a chemist, we create the first prototypes and conduct internal tests to refine the recipe and refill method. We adjust the formulation and design (color, texture, etc.) to ensure product stability, resistance to various conditions (heat, humidity), and safety for prolonged use. The team ensures that the deodorant is effective against odors, easy to use, and meets consumer expectations and quality standards.
