KIIMA applicators
First time use: Remove the clip, place the refill on the applicator and put back the clip over the refill. Turn the mechanism three times to the right to lock it securely.
Refill: When it's finished, turn the mechanism back to its original top position to unlock it. If needed, clean the applicator with a damp washcloth between refills. Repeat the steps as for the first use. No waste!
First time use: Remove the clip, insert the refill, put back the clip, and turn the mechanism to the right until the deodorant protrudes 2 mm.
Refill: At the end, the clip and a small piece of deodorant will be expelled. Put them aside. Turn the mechanism back to its original top position. If needed, clean the applicator with a damp washcloth between refills. Insert a new refill, and put back the clip along with the remaining piece. No waste!
Our eco-friendly deodorant applicator is designed and made in Quebec with local expertise and care. The lip balm applicator is produced in Ontario.
Yes! 100% recyclable. KIIMA applicators are made from a single material (monomaterial), making recycling easy. They are made of food-grade polypropylene to protect your health. This is the most environmentally friendly option available today.
We explored various materials for our applicators. Aluminum was excluded due to its highly polluting extraction process, and bioplastics were avoided due to limited recycling facilities, which can create waste where facilities don’t exist.

Yes! Our packaging is 100% recyclable, just like the applicators. All papers wrapping our refills are recyclable. In most cases, these papers are also biodegradable and commercially compostable. The white packing beads in your packaging are made from starch, making them 100% biodegradable and water-soluble.
Lip balm
Yes. All our refills are vegan and cruelty-free. They contain no animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals, in line with our ethical and responsible values. Also, the KIIMA lip balm refills are tested under dermatological control and proven non-irritant.

Our lip balms combine natural emollients and occlusives:
- Emollients (vegetable oils): nourish and strengthen the skin barrier.
- Occlusives (plant butters and waxes): form a protective layer that prevents dehydration.
Lightweight balm: higher emollients, light and perfect for daily use.
Nourishing balm: balanced emollients and occlusives, rich and repairing for very dry or damaged lips.
Each refill contains approximately 3.2 g of product, offering convenient and long-lasting use.
Each refill lasts about 2 months. A pack contains 2 refills, totaling approximately 4 months of use.
The KIIMA lip balm refills are tested under dermatological control and proven non-irritant. The common ingredients in our lip balm include:
Star emollients:
- Castor oil: deeply nourishes and softens lips.
- Sunflower oil: rich in vitamin E, protects and repairs the skin barrier.
Star occlusives:
- Candelilla wax, acacia wax, sunflower wax: prevent water loss and protect against environmental stressors.
- Carnauba & Chinese lacquer tree wax: enhanced protection for very dry or exposed lips (nourishing only).

Our lip balm smells pleasant but has no taste. Natural aromas delicately scent your lips and are completely safe if a little contacts the mouth.
Our lip balms are 100% natural, vegan, and cruelty-free, with no petroleum and no whale oil.
No, our formula does not contain sunscreen (SPF). We recommend applying separate sun protection. A sun-protected version is in development.

Each refill contains approximately 38.5 g of product, offering convenient and long-lasting use.
Each person uses deodorant differently, so exact duration varies. We estimate a minimum of 1–3 months depending on usage.
The expiration date for our deodorant refills is 2 years. After this, effectiveness and scent intensity may decrease.

The molds are made from food-grade silicone: flexible, heat-resistant, durable, non-stick, easy to clean, and safe for DIY recipes.
First, get your DIY deodorant mold or DIY lip balm mold and check out our blog for easy, step-by-step recipes. Then gather your ingredients and tools to create personalized products at home!
We recommend using utensils made of glass, non-reactive plastic, or wood, because stainless steel kitchen tools can react with certain natural ingredients, such as essential oils, or with acidic or alkaline components, potentially altering your deodorant’s composition and affecting the quality of your final product. Using non-reactive utensils helps preserve the integrity of your natural formulations.

Since it is a personal care product, we are unable to exchange or refund your products. However, if there is any defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery fees vary by region. Enjoy free shipping on orders of $75+ in Canada and $100+ in the United States. For orders below these thresholds, prices start at $7.99 CAD in Canada, $5.99 USD in the US, and $14.85 CAD in Europe. All prices are before taxes.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the quantities ordered. KIIMA is committed to delivering within 2 weeks for orders shipped to Canada and the United States. For European recipients, delivery times range between 3 and 4 weeks.
Upon subscribing, payments will be automatically processed at the chosen frequency and using the provided payment method. The subscribed product(s) will be shipped to the delivery address specified during registration. Please log in to your account to make any necessary changes.
Please note, it's your responsibility to update KIIMA with your new delivery address. Failure to do so may result in delivery to the wrong address. In such cases, if you're unable to retrieve the merchandise, you'll need to cover the delivery fees for a second shipment.
